Elyn Chau learned the art of cooking in Peru and continued her education in the birthplace of modern gastronomy in France at the Institut Paul Bocuse. After various stations, from star restaurants to smaller eateries, she gained a foothold in Switzerland, more precisely in Lausanne. Here she opened her first own restaurant, where she can live her cuisine to the full. Elyn Chau's dishes inspire, but also contain an educational component about Peruvian eating habits and culture. The colourful dishes with authentic herbs and spices will immerse you in Peruvian gastronomic worlds for an entire evening.
Mauricio Acosta trained as a chef in his home country of Uruguay. In 2004, he moved to Milan, where he stayed for eight years and gained a lot of experience. In 2012, the journey continued north to Lugano. Mauricio Acosta describes his cuisine as an unusual fusion of local and South American raw materials. This results in interesting creations that arouse curiosity. His dishes themselves take you on a little excursion into the rich culture of Uruguay.
