Sheilla Diaz comes from Lima - Peru, where she worked in banking for a long time and had a promising career ahead of her. At a certain point in her life, she decided to take a new path and dedicate herself to her great passion, cooking!
Therefore, in 2008, she started her career as a chef and travelled to different countries to enrich her knowledge and gain new experiences and techniques. The basis of her philosophy is to prepare traditional dishes of Peruvian cuisine in a fresh, modern and elegant version.
For her dishes, Sheilla carefully selects the ingredients, not only for their typical character, but also for their cultural and innovative value, showing the distinctive traits of Peruvian gastronomy in all its facets and traditions.
